International Workshop: 25 Years of Refractive X-ray Optics 2021-11-15T08:12:05+00:00

The International Research Center “Coherent X-ray optics for Megascience facilities” Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University plans to hold the International Workshop 2021: 25 years of refractive X-ray optics. The workshop will take place in Kaliningrad, a city on the Baltic Sea coast, in December 2021 (dates to be announced later).

The main goal of the workshop is to highlight the history of the creation and development of refractive X-ray optics, consideration of the current state of the optics usage on synchrotron sources, as well as an overview of the latest achievements of the scientific research obtained by X-ray refractive optics.

The format of the event will be mixed (online and offline). Video conferencing will be organized for online participants and lecturers through the Zoom platform.
